Shania joined the Family First as Administrative Assistant in March 2026, being the first point of contact for our clients. Shania is very passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring every client feels heard, valued and safe from their first interaction at Family First.
Shania graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 with a Law degree and obtained her Professional Practice Diploma. Shania quickly realised that whilst her legal education created a strong foundation, her passion lays in supporting people beyond the legal aspects of their circumstances. Shania has chosen a path that allows her to focus on the people behind each case, recognising that empathy and understanding is just as important as legal guidance.
Shania is currently working towards obtaining Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) training to further develop her knowledge and provide compassionate, informed support to those navigating abusive relationships.
