- The first step is to call us. You may have noticed we have a non-geographical number at the top of the page which means your call is treated as if it were a local call and charged at your local rate, you can even use your free mobile minutes on it.
- We will ask you to book a first £360 telephone appointment with us at a time that is convenient for you.
- Before your appointment you send us identification and the money for your initial interview and any papers you would like us to look at for you.
- At the first interview your family Solicitor will give you all the legal advice you need to get you started on your case. Of course, if after the interview you decide we are not for you, that’s fine too.
- We will send you our written Pay as You Go Law written terms of business
- Any other legal advice will be by telephone, at your convenience and you can pay for it directly after the legal advice is given.
- You send or scan us copies of any paperwork that we need to look at.
- If you need representation in a Court, we will help you find a recommended local barrister to represent you and we can help you prepare papers for them.
- You can also switch to full representation if you want us to run your case for you
- On average you will save between 40% to 60% on your legal costs.
