Henrietta is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and Associate Director of the firm. She has extensive experience in the legal sector and has built a successful legal practice as well as assisting the Directors with the management and daily running of the business alongside her legal work.
With over a decade working in Family Law, she has built a wealth of experience of divorce and matrimonial financial matters and regularly deals with complex matters including those where there have been issues of non-disclosure, assets overseas, trusts, businesses, intervenors and applications in respect of enforcement and variation.
Appearing at court frequently, Henrietta is well attuned with the approach of the courts which enables her to give practical and commercial advice to her clients in relation to a fair settlement.
Henrietta is very experienced in Children Act matters, including cases where there has been a history or accusations of domestic abuse, fact finding hearings and cases where parents have had a significant period without contact. Henrietta also deals with Special Guardianship Order applications and cases involving elements of alienation.

Henrietta regularly advises on Family Law Act matters as well as matters involving cohabitees/couples who may not be married, in line with the Trust of Land Act legislation, drafting declarations of trust and separation agreements, as well as experience of drafting pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements.
