Senior Associate Family Solicitor

Senior Associate Family Solicitor or CILEX Litigator (6+ years PQE) – Full-Time | Fully Remote but must be able to easily attend Central London for client meetings as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in Advocacy Beneficial;
• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) member with 6+ years PQE and must hold specific litigation practice rights;
• Qualified to Litigate (or working towards qualification);
• An ADR qualification is desirable but not essential;
• Strong expertise in Family Law (including experience handling complex cases such as divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements);
• Proven experience managing both Children Act proceedings and financial remedy cases;
• Proven ability to supervise, guide and develop junior members of the team;
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

We are looking for Senior Associate Family Solicitors based in London to join our growing team. We offer a fully remote model (as long as you are able to easily commute to Central London for client meetings). Alternatively, we offer a hybrid model at our office in Oxford

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent client care, managing sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism;
• Maintaining strong organisational, research, and communication standards to support effective case management and client service;
• Responsible for demonstrating commercial awareness to support strategic decision-making and deliver value to clients;
• Play an active role in business development by building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships. As well as contributing to networking and marketing initiatives and other profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the Firm;
• Supervise, mentor and support junior members of the team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day oversight;
• Develop and strengthen supervisory and leadership skills, taking responsibility for coaching and fostering the professional development of junior colleagues.
